Delivery & Collection Times

At Bounce A Lot North West, we understand the importance of time and convenience. We aim to make delivery and collection as smooth as possible and will always work around your event schedule where we can.

Please note: the times below are for standard inflatable hires delivered to a house. For venue bookings, we will always work around the times you can provide access for us to set up, and the time we need to be off-site by.

For corporate events and all other bespoke bookings, please contact a member of the team to confirm delivery and collection times.

Delivery Times

Delivery and set-up is typically arranged before your event start time, allowing enough time for:

• unloading

• full set-up

• safety checks

• final positioning

For summer daily hires, delivery is between 7:30am and 12:00pm.

Collection Times

Collection can usually be arranged for:

• Same night collection (after your event finishes)

• Late evening collection (where required)

• Next day collection (subject to availability and venue access)

For summer daily hires, collection is between 5:00pm and 9:00pm.
For winter daily hires, collection takes place between 4:00pm and 7:00pm.

Planning an extended event? Choose one of our overnight hires and enjoy your equipment until the next day, with collections between 7:30am and 1:00pm.

Event Venue Access

To confirm the best timings, we’ll ask for:

• event start and finish time

• venue access times

• any restrictions (curfews, noise limits, loading rules etc.)

If your venue requires set-up to be completed by a certain time, just let us know and we’ll schedule delivery accordingly.
